Arzepak: Designing trust Into a broken real estate market.
Arzepak was a real estate platform built for Pakistan’s fragmented property market, where fake listings, unverified agents, and bait-and-switch scams made property search slow and difficult to trust.

Context
Real estate discovery in Pakistan had a serious trust problem. During research, we found that nearly 1 in 10 listings on competitor platforms were fake or used for bait-and-switch scams.
The problem was not just helping users find more properties. It was helping them trust the properties they found.
Research & Insights
Conducted competitive analysis across enterprise CRM platforms like HubSpot, Sierra Interactive, and Follow Up Boss to study workflow structures, interaction density, and operational patterns. Partnered with PMs to identify high-friction workflows and prioritize usability improvements.

Product Decisions
We introduced features that made property discovery faster, clearer, and more transparent.
Draw Search helped users sketch an area on the map and find properties inside it. In-app scheduling kept property visits inside the platform. 360° virtual tours gave users more confidence before visiting high-value properties. Urdu support made the experience more accessible for local users.
